– About Sarah

Sarah Coppini was educated in England completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a Graduate Diploma in Law before permanently moving to Australia in 2013.  Sarah began working with Wakefield Vogrig & Boote in April 2014 whilst simultaneously completing her Bachelor of Laws through the University of New England.  Since her admission as a lawyer in February 2017, Sarah has been based in our Drouin office and is an integral part of the team.

Sarah is able to assist with commercial and property matters, and is particularly proficient in the following discrete areas of law:-

  • Sale and purchase of businesses;
  • Obtaining complex stamp duty exemptions including for property transfers to Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and for Family Farm Transfers;
  • Compiling and lodging adverse possession claims over land; and
  • Assisting with Domestic Building disputes (ie residential buildings)
